Returns Policy
Important: Please read our returns policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused and in their original packaging. For items where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes underwear, lingerie, tights and specific personal care items.
How to initiate a return:
To return a product, please email: info@ellisandporter@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo if the item is damaged, and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again. If it still hasn’t been received, please contact us at info@studioloeff.com.
Costs
Return Shipping Fees If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no cost. If a second replacement is also incorrect, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated processing system.
