• Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day. However, if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.
• After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5–7 business days.

On the information page, fill in your correct address details and click "Continue to Shipping". On the shipping page, you can review your entered details. Please note that every order is shipped free of charge.
Click "Continue to Payment" and choose your preferred payment method. All payment options on Ellis&Porter are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure checkout process.
You can pay by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS or instant payment. Click "Complete Order" and follow the instructions on your chosen payment screen.
